This Fuel Plan is designed to optimise your nutrition and hydration during your event, ensuring you reduce fatigue and set out to achieve your peak performance. Pair this with a Pre-Race Fuelling Plan and you’ll be firing on all cylinders!
Not available for less than four weeks before the event, as tailoring and practice are required. Best results if completed at least 3 months prior to your event.
